Characteristics:

L-carnitine is an essential nitrogen-containing carboxyl acid, “vitamin-like component”, which is synthesized mainly in the liver and kidneys and is imported with food. High amounts of it are found in the heart and the skeletal muscles and less in the liver and the brain and its levels decrease with the age. It has a powerful anti-oxidative effect. It is available as a product necessary for the normal functioning of healthy individuals as well as for the recovery period after serious illness, for the cases of mental and physical overload, for reduction of lipids and increase of stress resistance.

Dosage:

The recommended dose is 1-2 capsules daily.It does not contain sugar and can be taken by diabetic patients.
